Meet the Team
Ishita Gupta | President
Ishita is a senior at the Carlson School of Management studying Finance and Management Information Systems. She has gained experience through internships at Minnetronix Medical, Cloverfields Capital, and, most recently, with Bank of America's Healthcare Investment Banking team, where she will return full-time after graduation. In her free time, Ishita enjoys dancing, visiting new coffee shops, and partaking in outdoor activities.

Patrick Lawrence | Vice President
Patrick is currently a junior studying Finance and Accounting at the Carlson School of Management. He has previously interned with LongWater Opportunities, Alpine Street, and Eide Bailly, and will be joining Baird in their Chicago office next summer. In his free time, he enjoys running, downhill skiing, and spending time at the lake.

Gavin Zwiefelhofer | Director of Finance
Gavin is currently a sophomore studying Finance and Accounting at the Carlson School of Management. He has previous experience working at Xcel Energy and Duco Capital, a Minneapolis-based Private Equity Firm. In his free time, Gavin enjoys playing golf, running marathons, and eating home-cooked meals.

Erik is a sophomore at the Carlson School of Management studying Finance. Erik previously interned at Alpha Leonis Partners and Duco Capital. In his free time, Erik enjoys traveling, weightlifting, watching UFC and football, and traveling.

Mark Goshgarian | Director of Marketing
Mark is a sophomore at the Carlson School of Management studying Finance and Accounting with minors in Business Law and Philosophy. He previously interned at Timshel Health and Voya Financial. In his free time, Mark enjoys watching football, golfing, and downhill skiing.
